For colors we use Behr spun wool (LRV 73) for walls and Behr ultra white for trim (LRV 94) we have found the Behr ceiling paint provides better coverage on ceilings than most other brands we've used.

Reading through all these articles, the biggest takeaways seems to be expanding your network and reach, building your personal brand (who are you and what are you bringing to the table?)

So I’ve been stuck for a couple years going back and forth.

Find a property with updated kitchen, bathroom, updated fixtures, no carpet and brand new appliances.

I have a couple good friends in the area who are contractors/investors as well.

A couple of weeks ago I received a call from one of the partners who bought the property.

Then on the other end of the spectrum I'd say are the little "corner stores" you find on blocks in the inner city with a little retail space on the ground floor and a couple units upstairs.

I’m a handyman and I work with a few rental properties and do some projects that range to the small stuff like hanging doors, repair trim and drywall to new flooring installs, painting, appliance repair, yard work and repairing your usual leaky faucet..The issue I’m having currently is I have just gotten into contact a couple days ago about a flooring job.
