The front building is a mixture of garages and apartments and will be converted to only apartments during construction, the building located in the rear of the property is completely garages and will be torn down for the more profitable (and nicer looking) self storage buildings.We have never managed self storage previously, but my advisors company is going to aid us with software install, filling units, and management (and we are compensating them a % of revenue).
