I would have more sympathy for the guy who sat there in the dark because he couldn't afford rent and utilities, than to someone who just decides to steal what they won't pay for (starving people in third-world countries without money stealing food excepted). 

Today's technology allows us to collaborate with our clients all over the US and even the world pretty seamlessly.

Several years ago I quit listening to the radio on my commute to work and only listened to the podcasts, it gave me years worth of real world knowledge in no time!

Don’t forget that we still have one of the best medical centers in the world and companies are moving to Houston and Texas in general from all over the country, making our local unemployment rate one of the best in the nation.
