Many potential investors thing that CRE is the easy road to riches. 

Not sure why our current society thinks they should all have success and become rich day one in RE ... and skip the apprenticeship that most of us have gone through.I guess its just the internet age and access too to much information ... much of it white noise.

I've read almost 8 books (Rich Dad Poor Dad changed my life) including Own Your Own Corporation, the Real Book of Real Estate, House Flipping books, etc. 

By the time you've done all of that your head should be filled with excitement and the 1000 ways your gonna get rich!

I love family time, music, horror movies, and learning about real estate investing.I read Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2008 and decided the rat race wasn't for me.

Hey everybody,Just a quick hi to say, well, Hi.Been lurking around the RE investing world since Rich Dad Poor Dad first published and just haven't had the sack to jump in (or the cash to be honest).  

Don't think that recycling other peoples inventory will make you rich, it won't end well for you.

I am not interested in the get rich quick styles like flipping or wholesaling.
