The town my property is in is offering two different benefits for specific businesses.1) Tax Abatement for RE that has those specific businesses leased within them (doesn't affect the business but affects me)2) Various tax and incentives for the business owners depending on what type of business it isI'm still learning the ropes on commercial leases (what I can and can't do from a leasing perspective from my lawyer), but I want to poll the community on advertising these benefits.
