I am a musician and composer that works with electronics so, I’m seeing the loft which is probably 6 x 8‘ as a potential studio however, I do plan to AirBnB it for the next several yeas.

It all comes down to picking the right areas that work well with your personality and attract the type of clientele you feel comfortable working with.
