@George FlevotomosOne of the main ways we save money is to competitively bid all service contracts (landscaping, security, window washing, janitorial, etc). 

He came out to pack up sentimental items, and since then he's announced he's washing his hands of the entire affair.

Even if it was a wash in the end, it's been stress free.

It kind of comes out as a wash after you consider lost equity, decreased opportunity costs, etc.

If they have their own appliances, it's more stuff for them to take and hopefully they will stay.A lot of my tenants look like they never wash their clothes anyway.I will provide a stove and fridge to make the deal happen, but a lot of times they trash the fridge.

It doesn't appeal to instant gratification, so it doesn't fit with the "cash wash all over me" mentality of their subscribers4.

Hey Tyron,I didn't end up buying the house, but I was going to leave it as-is and give it a fresh coat of paint (or two).I came across a post that recommended that I wash the shingles down first to remove dirt and mildew and then prime the shingles with an exterior acrylic primer.

What the gurus don't tell you is that you are liable for your acts in the matter as long as that contract is in force, assigning and walking away doesn't mean you can wash your hands of the deal!

Call someone to clean the roof . it can be done with out power washing .
