As said before, watch, read, ear, absorb all the tiny bits of this site: It's a huge well of knowledge.When you arrive I would love to have a coffee (or a Belgium beer) with you. 

Are there any "Tiny House" architects/designers, builders, factories, brands, contractors, or stakeholders on BP?

I'm part of a lot of facebook groups surrounding this idea and the common problem people seem to have is finding land for their mobile home / tiny house. land is so expensive and the laws around off the grid houses are not all that clear even if you did buy land. 

Are people with yards going to start building tiny homes in their back yards to rent out?

Unfortunately, Belize has no middle class and the country is so tiny in terms of population anyway that most multinationals won't invest there and create wealth, except maybe in the tourism sector.The main way they have found to attract some people is by putting the taxes at 0 but, as a result, the government isn't making much money and they can't help their population, whose basic needs remain unmet.Buying a property there for your own use if you love the place is one thing but buying a property as an investment is a total different story.I hate to be the party pooper but Costa Rica and panama are great places to invest if you know what you do.

They also completed a 25 million series B funding in summer of 2019 that values the company at 127 million, which is a good signal for expansion.What appeals to me about this model, is you can go buy a couple acres of land ( Hipcamp suggest a 2 acre minimum), make some minor infrastructure upgrades and then build a couple A-frame tiny cabins, some yurts or simply just a clearing that would allow for someone to pitch a tent.

Also we have the "tiny" condos.
