NV has the lowest insurance rates of all for me, but investing in Las Vegas has other economic risks.

Mostly just time wasters and no real motivation, but I am hoping that I plant a seed and someday when they have true motivation they will call me.

I just sold most of my properties in Las Vegas and had $2.5 million in cash left after paying my capital gains taxes.

Las Cruces and El Paso are better areas to invest in, but you may find good deals in Alamogordo too.

I have it for Las Vegas because I wrote software to extract the information.However, you can get a reasonable feel for rental trends based on price trends.

As a person interested in Las Vegas prices to expand out of my current area, I decided to look a little deeper at the housing price trend of Las Vegas and  to my surprise, other than the 2008 crash there weren't any real dips in Las Vegas.

He has homes in Whistler, British Columbia, Lake Las Vegas Nevada, and on the big Island of Hawaii.
