I am looking for a 8-10% return after I move out and rent out both units.

I would still like to keep my numbers around 10-20 units per LLC.

I have found a rental property that I would like to purchase using an fha 203k loan. here's my issue that I can't seem to Google my way out of.The property is listed as having 4 units with the county but there are actually 5 units. 

Check with your City/County Attorney if you can treat the unit as abandoned.  2. 

We want your unit to appear like it would if you were owning it and not renting it.  

We are currently renting one unit on a long term but we really have a love for airbnbs and want to explore those possibilities.

According to that report each unit rents for $2,175.

Basement elec panel needs trim around it and ceiling looks like it was patched and is hiding a leak.

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

We've managed/serviced hundreds of units in the area (and still do).
