Basically looking for an organized way to control investors money.

You can be in Oakland in ten minutes and downtown in 15-20 minutes depending on traffic and access to rt 376/76 is great.

Looks like a nice place.I dont know how much traffic the road in front of the building gets -- I could see a gigantic banner hanging from the roof spanning half the length of the building with your company name/for lease & your ph#.
