It is in Westminster about 1 block from the new lightrail station opening up this summer that over the next 5 years include millions of dollars in redevelopment including high end apartments, parks, retail, etc.

Hello BPers,I was hoping someone might have a recommendation for my financing problem.I am a military investor who buys a house at each post I am stationed at.

It is literally 200 feet from the town police station but very close to the welfare office as well.

The wife and I list, screen and place tenants while stationed across the country - no issues at all (knock on wood).All the properties are financed through various lenders.

We have a lot of military who will sign 3 years leases for their entire duty station.

A gas station advertises gas for sale and you pull in and the attendant says we are only taking cash.

Where are you going to be stationed?

I’ve been told by some investors they won’t get them if it’s not close to gas station etc.

These units look like not much storage and class C tends to accumulate a lot of "Stuff".Here is a mockup of some of my thoughts starting with the zillow drive by.Also maybe add a covered, lit, mail station with USPS apartment style mail boxes.Get all of the remnants of the graffiti/gang tagging off the brick wall (you probably can't read it but your potential renters might be able to, and it might mean something very unpleasant).Good Luck!
