Any recommendations for a property management company in Austin, Tx and surrounding areas (Round Rock, Hutto, Manor, etc.)?

Need to run electrical, insulation, sheet rock, closets and 2 windows.Thinking $4-$6000 material.Electrician will be your most cost. ( labor that is ).Everything else is pretty simple .Are you thinking of pulling permits?

Assuming good topo, no rock etc, starter home?

I now go in three days a week and work remotely the other two (really four days) but I kind of have to be in the City due to the nature of my job. 

And I would like to be near nature - mountains, ocean, rivers, forests etc.

Good agents know the contractors .I can tell someone almost anything because of my experience and smile,  I could tell you that all the sheet rock needs removed to save you money on the plumber and electrician. 

Would there be tax/legal liability if the increased loan amount is used to pay for the business's salaries and operating expenses while the natural revenue from the business solely went to shareholder distributions.Business owners realize they would be paying higher taxes due to higher shareholder distributions. 

I'd advise against natural stone of any kind.
