It seems conflicting when sending out hand written letters and cards (I have hand "scrawled" post cards) to look like just an individual looking to buy a house rather than a company but then putting a web site stating your professional status.Doug

., this is not a problem, first of all any utility bill should not cover several properties, you get them for each property and each bill i pay online through the banks bill pay, utility web site or just have it automatically withdrawn. as far as your comment about a 30 unit building, if the 30 apartments ( which i think you are calling units) are in one building, that building is the asset of one LLC.
