Assigning the contract carries less liabilities for any facilitator, you can have cleaner hands but never sterile hands.

I think it's to complicated as it is.Just have a PRO account or free basic and then the difference will be very clear.If people cannot spend 15 X 12 months = 180 year on a pro account then really that doesn't make sense.People think about the THOUSANDS people spend on crap information out there and get taken to the cleaners with nothing to show for it.

Lastly the bulletin boards at your local super market or corner deli, I'd put that last as any of those cleaners don't come with the vetting of the previous options.

2014 or not, bandit signs in my neighborhood get tossed in my dumpster, anyone I catch misleading sellers (who are members of my community) is getting reported to the Real Estate board, and anyone who fails to close deals and walks away after failing to find end buys is going to find that not many people answer his calls.Don't care about consistency, passion and drive if the guy consistently misleads, is passionate about taking people to the cleaners, and is driven to avoid doing things right.

All up front And yes as long as you disclose disclose disclose then there is no issue with a Realtor acting as a principal.. its the non disclosure of license status and or other subtrifuge.What this does is scares the less than honorable in the business who would take a little old lady to the cleaners then brad about it on BP and then get hero status on BP because they made a bunch of money  LOL Many of the stories on the "Real Estate Success Stories" forum are appalling.
