Personally I find a lot of guru promotion offensive however there are a few guys worth their weight.  

We'll do an update in a week or two.We tried crowdfunding our fund but we found that investors don't view a fund of senior debt investments that sexy and didn't seem to risk weight investments.

Hopefully you can renegotiate with your investors...and maybe even lower your price a bit too...Your holding costs are worth lowering that price and getting out from underneath the weight...GS

Looks like we have different understandings of portfolio construction and weight the importance of taxes much differently, which is fine. 

That 1 item alone makes a realtor worth their weight in gold. 

Congrats on your sale, we just got out of an investment gone bad and can tell you a weight has been lifted.

I know appreciation is important but I'm heavily weighted towards cash on cash returns and evidently it's just not that strong in Phoenix or in the surrounding area.

As simple as the metric is (or is not), it seems to hold weight.
