I tell all potential tenants that every 3 months I will change filters explaining that it saves my equipment and saves them money on heating and cooling I also look under sinks for leaks.

I'd like to propose to the local city gov't selling part of their greenspace with the agreement, that the developer would fix up the greenspace and make it a bit safer, with newer equipment, better lighting, security etc....and also build new apartments on the aforementioned transaction.

It depends if the supply line from the street to the house is sized for the additional flow , additional meter installation , 2 possibly 3 new boilers , what about hot water , it it thru the boiler or seperate water heaters , is there room for all the equipment ?
