While I do enjoy what I do I feel it is now time to go after my dreams of being a full time real estate investor.

it's more like "meh higher interest rate for six months, but I got a great deal on a fixer upper that now has my dream kitchen."

I just know it's something I dream about and feel it necessary if I'm to have a comfortable retirement when that time comes 

If it's just a handyman's dream then tear down and go back to one story.

Whilst I have matured greatly since being a child, and I have developed a more detached and practical perspective on money now, I continue to nurture the burning yearning to have and create the visions and dreams that I want for my future, and not be stopped by a lack of capital or creativity.

I am continuing to build a foundation in which to lead me, in pursuing my lifelong dream of real estate investing.

Recently listened to podcast episode #202 with @MarkWalker and am newly inspired to find our dream team in Kansas City (a opposed to just settling to get a deal done!).

lots of newbie, lots of dreams....

 ( in my opinion feel free to agree to disagree and discuss your theory )     Obviously this is a dream scenario and hard to predict, but due to limited time and not being able to go down there myself much at all I decided to reach out to my fellow investors and would truly appreciate and insight or advice you may offer.Thanks,Greg

I fell in love with aviation as a child and wanted to be a airline pilot or professional pilot.. however mid 70s was not a time to get hired on in the aviation world so I started in RE.I have owned planes most of my adult life.. do I need them of course not.. but its something that I dreamed of and wanted.. could I have saved every penny I earned over the years and retired years ago sure.... but then I would not have all these great life experience's which are worth more to me than money in the bank...
