Right now it is easy for the public to be led to believe that investors are landgrubbing speculators looking to make millions off the suffering of innocent Americans.

Now it has led me down a path to help others accomplish the same for themselves which is the greatest reward of all. 

I also took a financial accounting class last semester which led me learn more about different types of investing (stock market, mutual funds).The future:I would love to purchase a duplex, fix up the other side and rent it out.

It took me a while to 'dive in' and post and ask too.But I've found that those two activities let me to form some really strong partnerships.Those partnerships led to my first investment and a world of other potential opportunities in Real Estate.Having a regular conversations with more experienced investors is probably key to making steady progress as a newbie.

Compared to both of us working we’ve never spent more time together which has been a great unintended consequence that further led me to consider how I wanted to shape our future.

It ultimately led to an eviction and the individual was able to take the tenant to small claims court where they were ordered to pay.
