I've heard a lot about "Four Hour Work Week," so I'll be sure to check that one out.

The 60+ hour work weeks don't feel that busy because this is my passion. 

I’d also recommend mixing in some motivational/business books such as:- Rich Dad Poor Dad- Cashflow Quadrant- Think and Grow Rich- How to Win Friends and Influence People- The 4-Hour Work Week- The Richest Man in BabylonOnce you’ve read a lot of these books, listened to the podcasts, browsed blog posts, posted on the forums, attended local REI clubs, talked to other investors, analyzed several properties, etc. you should feel a lot more confident with your knowledge.

The income from them unless you are flipping or possibly doing short term rentals, isn't going to be enough in the short term to live off of.There's no such thing as a 40 hour work week in trucking.

There was a good amount of talk of virtual assistants in 4-Hour Work-Week and @Brandon Turner seems like he utilizes them as well.What do you all think of the idea of hiring out some market analysis?

I first need to consult a loan officer/counselor to be sure that staying up on the mountain during my work week won't be too much time away from my "residential unit" to actually qualify for that residential FHA loan.

This is one of the major takeaways I got from Tim Ferris' book "The 4 Hour Work Week" to reduce stress in preparation to scale.

My wife and I gave up high 6-figure salaries when we decided to get married and start a family -- the benefit was that we also gave up 80 hour work weeks, traveling 3 weeks every month and being accountable to bosses and shareholders 24/7/365.We'll likely never recapture the income we used to have (unless we become much better real estate investors :), but the fact that we get to spend as much time as we like with each other and our boys makes it absolutely worth it.Thanks for the reminder...it's too easy to lose sight of this sometimes...

I don't personally know of any, but in Tim Ferrise's book "The Four Hour Work Week" he talks about VA's and has some recommendations in there.That's his website below, he might have information there also...
