My Gas is usually over $4.00 so my estimate of $12.00 per day is for 3 gallons of gas. if you get 25 mpg that's 75 miles per day it's not an uncommon commute here. i understand in Las Vegas whole city is close prox. to housing but that's not the case here in California. have decided to put in Level 2 charges as it's faster charging for tenants who don't want to pay $5 for superchargers or like the convenience of charging from home.

Yes, it is not uncommon for a PMC to charge a monthly management fee and less than a month of rent for a Placement Fee.
