For those who are currently shopping or looking for a loan/lender.

So if you want to come visit and scout, that's great, but otherwise, don't go Zillow shopping. 

My broker shopped around and found 3 companies that allowed us to add Co-Living clauses (SafeCo, Auto Owners, and Travelers).
