A consequence of that is that you will have an increase in demand for air to support combustion, and an increase in exhaust.

I think overall that's better than an LLC.  

Local and regional banks all of their own loan committees to terms are different, history matters, relationships matter, so it's different than an originator that will turn around the sell the paper.

I agree with @John Warren, you can still get a low money down conventional loan (in the process of using one myself for my first deal) which will most likely be at a slightly higher rate than an FHA loan but more flexibility when it comes to what you can buy and where.

Vacation homes are a different beast than long term rentals, you have to operate more like a hotel than an apartment.

It was mentally exhausting, however I learned a ton.

Constantly difficult and really exhausting....the kind of tenant that can wear you out.   

If you exhausted all your creative options then have them buy you out.
