The soap dish fell off in Bathroom #2.

Which gets annoying bc the other agent definitely dishes the dirt on parts of town, which is quite helpful.Which one do I go with?!

Not sure if I can be much of help to him plus I think he doesn't have the money to dish out for repairs so I don't think going retail would work and with little to no equity I'm not sure how I could wholesale.

I have listened to almost all of the podcast on my commute to and from work, while getting dressed in the morning, and while washing the dishes.

Trash overflowing and dishes with left-over food all over the place. 

People can still wash dishes by hand.

First floor laundry, mud room, outdated kitchen without dish washer or spot for microwave (maybe fixable).

Cool beans.What would happen if you took that same $6,000 over the next 6 months and used it to take people out to a $25/person kind of restaurant (in my market that would be pretty great, not the Ritz) and have lunches with people in your market, possibly even past clients, and build relationships with them by adding value to their lives and getting to know them deeper over a tasty meal?   

Seeing a house with four different satellite dishes and a tv antenna just looks weird anyway.

The last 2 guests we had were AirBNB (our only 2 this year) and the took a beach towel, took the waffle maker, broke the window, trashed 3 bath towels, used an entire bottle of dish soap (to make bubblebath I assume) and took about 50 Cascade dishwasher pods.
