My RTR strategist confirmed multiple times their very high degree of confidence in the RTR monthly rent projection, sub 30-day vacancy rate, and PM team performance.

My project is not on the beach, but would be interested to know if there were other plots you found on the beach that we could move our project to.  

Maybe it’s hosting a casual weekend walkthrough of a recent rehab project so investors can see how their money is being put to work.

I allocated $500/month for insurance which is part of why such a promising revenue to cost projects such poor COC.
