I feel like there's a subtle difference between, Rent, Rent-to-Own & lease options.Renting of course is just that lol, renting.Rent to own is similar to renting except in the end of their term they have the option to buy.

Is it even allowed or is there some subtle rule of FHA loans that forbids it? 

Hey all,I was hoping to start a discussion about trade-offs involving how much of the purchase price of a property is done through the loan, versus separately handled contract between individuals.Assuming the seller is okay with receiving a portion of their payoff in installments separate from the lump sum from the loan/escrow process, what are some of the more subtle considerations?

@Sean Carroll,Realeflow has a factory full of robots which "hand-write" letters and envelopes using ball point pens and even make subtle mistakes to make it look human-written.

Subtle nuance here may be if you can't find deals like this regularly and you have periods of inactivity, you may get more out of holding for longer.

The shutters look bright in the pictures, but they're more subtle in person. 

I've been looking at properties from 60 to 200 units and the only difference I've noticed between these big boys and the duplexes of the world is that the large properties use lots of smoke and mirrors while the smaller properties either don't know, or are far less subtle in their lies and misrepresentations.Here's an example, and by no means the most egregious one I've seen.

Sometimes this advantage can be rather significant and sometimes it can be rather subtle.

@Kurt Granroth that’s a great summation, but before you jump to a conclusion, you may have missed a subtle detail that completely changes the deal and renders your characterization of one of your above examples as incorrect.In the first PPM example that you gave, where your conclusion was that the class A investors and class B investors would equally lose, notice that the words “Preferred Unitholder” are capitalized.  

I think this admin has mastered the subtle art to push American laws and boundaries without any consequences.One has to question the ulterior motive behind this move especially its proven they could care less about covid.
