One suggestion that will help a LOT when replacing windows is to use the spray foam insulation that comes in a can (such as Great Stuff for windows and doors) to fill the gap between the old window frame and the new window frame.

Clean the mold around the tub, re-surface the tub if it needs it, caulk the tub, get rid of the hand-held sprayer that will spray all over the place.EDIT:I might be inclined to leave the floor and vanity alone too ...

So, I spray this stuff twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.

Will allow de-clawed, spayed/neutered, FEMALE indoor cats (males tend to spray urine all over the house) and dogs on a case by case basis.

I sprayed the drywall with kill mold spary/clorax on the dry wall before ripping it out, don't want to breathe it in.

The vanity base will riot away from the shower head over spray. 

I will spray mold killing agent. 

I could see landlords being required to disclosure the use of pest spray.
