Thats the kind of information that separates a good investment from a not so good investment. 

Separately, smaller towns are very user friendly.

There is a post on here of someone that happened to because goods and services were not separate. 

IDEALLY, we would like to find a property that has or is capable of being converted into a “mother in law”, “ADU”, “Casita”, or any other separate living quarters in which we could rent out the main portion to a tenant (short term or long term) and then use the separate space as our own for when we come and go with business.

And all this for no monthly fee.I do prefer TVs with Roku built right in vs. a separate Roku device, because guests change the inputs, unplug the Roku box so they can plug in their own PlayStation, etc.

If so does this mean I would pay the impact fees on 2 separate occasions when each pair of building permits are pulled (even though all 4 units are on one parcel) or do I have to pay for all 4 at once?
