I would recommend you make a simple business card that has your name and contact with the simple sentence "I buy homes for cash".  

What I don't like though is the PM's were folks send 2 sentences and expect detailed responses like its an obligation on BP to engage..

Just include a sentence that say something like.

True, but then again, we are dealing here with a shady contractor and an investor that only dealt with handyman, as mentioned on the first post and "PS", it is not probably a 3 paragraph contract, or maybe 1 with 3 sentences.

There's nothing like meeting a child who can't even write a sentence and taking them through reading their first novel.
