The other PM can be a fix-mindset type of person where they are not willing to share anything unless you have a property and are willing to sign a PM agreement in the same conversation. 

We drafted an addendum to the contract and the sellers signed it to add the extra parcels in for no extra cost!! 

Just signed an extension at $4,550 a little while ago that commences early March 2025.

My condition was that they rent the house for 1% of the costs and sign a 3 year lease.

I am considering doing this but should I charge a fee to write up and get the lease addendum signed?

I did add a clause about personal property and plan to go through the inventory with the new tenant, who will sign upon moving in.

If someone has been given POA maybe they could sign it.

Put it in writing and have both of you sign it.

Also Seller hasn’t paid property taxes in 2 years which is a sign the property is in distress.
