Keep in mind that many responsible agents tend to be conservative with their valuations, especially in today’s market, where properties aren’t moving as quickly as they once did.If we’re in a conservative market, pricing on the lower end may make sense, but it’s always good to weigh your options carefully.

We then purchased 2 houses for investment purposes.

I house hacked both the properties I have and thought I should put them into LLCs for liability purposes, did not realize that I would have trouble getting a HELOC in the future.

I am also having communication issues with this PM - no email responses for days.

The purpose on my end was to have an investment that could be used during retirement as cash flow tax free.
