BP is good at filtering out the fake lenders.. one little post and you get to have the assurance your dealing with a real and reputable lender.

You’re either his friend with a very pathetic attempt of possibly salvaging what little of a reputation he will have left, or you are also part of the problem.

This is where making sure doing your due diligence on the broker/lender's reputation truly matters.

They have a good reputation from what I've seen but does anybody have a long-term track record with them in Memphis or Little Rock.
