What I find to be most valuable: Ease of use, cost-savings and efficiency and here's what I mean: If using an interior designer to furnish your rental, they will hand you a list of supplies + furniture to buy and what I was able to do with Minoan is upload that list as a CSV file and then they come back with a quote of all of the items they can fulfill along with their respective discount. 

Our property management team has not seen any deviation in rental assistance since the directive was recently issued.

I handled our rental unit renovations, but they weren't huge and this seems an order of magnitude greater.  

It would be a very expensive pet in one of my rentals - so much so that the tenant would decide it wasn't worth it or go somewhere else. 

After extensive clean up and rehab these two rentals generates $1,700 per month.

They will let you know what you can and can't do without a permit and what you are able to do yourself within the scopes of those permits.My concern is because this is a rental, if you do anything that is not to code and the tenant reports it, you will likely have some much bigger issues to deal with.Given you note this is major rehab, I tend to lean to hire most, if not all, out. 

On a daily basis I get questions from investors/property owners about the rental rate for their rental property.

I’m giving myself about 2-3 months to make the necessary repairs before listing as a rental.

I am looking to expand my rentals & looking at the idea of doing something unique in a more remote location.What have you found with Tiny Homes, Tree House, Secluded Cabins, etc.?

I’m not super experience but I do have a couple rentals.
