Lastly, the style of homes we are prosing to build are a very modern contemporary design when almost all of the product that is selling in these red-hot areas are more of a Cabin/farmhouse-type of aesthetic.

How much are the upgrades, are they aesthetic or roofing, plumbing and electrical? 

There would be two types of packages, one for the essentials that every airbnb needs and the other would be design forward packages helping hosts lay out their spaces to a certain design aesthetic.

Especially if I’m not holding it long term, I don’t care if I create maintenance issues down the line from my aesthetically pleasing or low cost choices.
