I almost feel like I have a nitch of selling condos in the area that were used as Air BnB's against condo rules. 

After it is clean, keep it unplugged, leave the doors open, lighlty spray it with something like pinsol (nothing to puddle, more like a light mist), and let it air out for a day or two. 

In the 3.7 feet wall in the square nook is a window that goes pretty close to the floor and an air vent so I can't put anything there.

Like most resort areas, the Smokies experienced a bubble through mid 2023, and it is now slowly airing out.  

Since the weather is getting warmer, they would like to use their window air conditioning.The problem is that the window guards are not allowing the air conditioners to be installed.

And, I sure as hell won't agree to any arrangement whereby I owe someone my time on a prolonged basis. 

I was wondering if I could list it myself through rent redi as a short term rental or should join something like Air b and B or VRBO?

Hi everyone,I want to try renting out apartment units and then renting them out on air bnb and profit the difference between the rent and the STR income.

Another idea I had was to just use standard research out there on building systems like the air conditioning, wiring, plumbing and so on, to estimate how much time they would normally take to require repairs.Here's a paper that discusses "energy modeling" for single family homes that is pretty recent that is an example of what I'm thinking of:https://www.mdpi.com/1996-1073/12/8/1537
