Hi all - I posted a similar question on another thread but want to approach it from a different angle.As we know Boston/sorrounding towns is an expensive market and finding cash flow is a challenge.With that said, there's potential in other cities around the country. 

You were scared and probably had analysis paralysis, but your post is half acceptance of your own failure and half blaming the market.

If you find a seller willing to carry a large note, that business is likely going to need a significant time and money investment from you post-close.Lesson 3️⃣ - It’s not that hard to be a good buyer.

Make it your business practice to post the notice to pay or quit precisely on the day after the grace period ends, every time.
