Wholesaling101 You Tube ChannelKent Clothier – You Tube Memphs Invest channel

Does anyone know of a great electrician who has experience replacing knob and tube?  

There is a sign and the tube had flyers only for the first week and it has been there for four months without showing, for $225K.

Since I am stuck in bed about 22 hours a day and steal eating through a tube I am slowly getting better.  

Easy to do and you can see the procedure on you tube. 

Water is being supplied by surface mounted PEX tubing in the kitchen and bathroom.All that aside, the house is still well enough intact to be renovated and made whole again, without question.  

So that would put my newest at close to 100 y/o.Then again - they have been maintained and upgraded decently well enough prior to my ownership.Yes I've had to deal with some knob and tube, galvanized plumbing, etc... but not much. 

Thru research and watching different U Tube videos I want to focus on wholesaling/assignment of contract. 

I ripped out the skirt, took out the "belly" of the MH and re did all of the plumbing with PEX tubing instead of the old galvanized crap that is notorious for cracking, installed new toilets, and finished gutting the interior and sold it as a "fixer" to an old work partner for 2700.

A real home inspector doesn't even comment on things like cabinets need painting.Electrical wiring - knob and tube?
