Pets to relocate?

This was a 700 square foot house with two adults and four children aged 5 - 15.At least the lamb was wearing a diaper.What's your pet horror story?

WLB has not only the lease, but at least a dozend other forms and notices you need (aplication form, lease, rules&reg, non-standard lease providsions, lead disclosure, CO and smke detector notice, pet agreement, 5 day notice, lease renewal etc. 

.- There are also a couple pet goats in a fenced area haha

My initial instinct was to write up the pet addendum, assign a pet deposit and pet rent and remind the tenant they are supposed to get written approval before purchasing a pet.

The going rate locally ranges from $1600-2100/mo, depending on time of year and if I choose to allow pets.

I keep my rent under market rent by a little and make them all pet friendly with no extra pet fees.

First inspection for new voucher holders is after 6 months, and it is every other year thereafter; 4) generally, good amount of applicants, and relatively easy to rent out (really depends on the property and location)Negative: 1) tenant quality is the No Uno pet peeve.

I did also include a pet addendum and mold addendum standard here in Florida.
