Doing so obviously allows me to build for significantly cheaper, which is why I am trying this new construction thing out on 12 townhomes first (I mainly wholesale/flip and do multifamily, so i'll be trying something new)From what I am seeing though, from investor friends I know that build a lot of townhomes, they told me around $110-$115 per sq ft is what they are paying that includes all construction, permitting, re-plat, architectural plans, etc.
