As I discussed off-line with you and Johnson, my partner and I recently got into contract for two buildings totaling 13 units in downtown San Jose for $2.3MM. 

I will spend the majority of my time networking online (BP, Meetup, LinkedIn) and offline (REIA's, Landlord associations, live meet ups, cashflow 101 groups, Rotary club, Chamber of commerce, etc).

You must have a system that work from a website to doing online and offline marketing.

Just create you an awesome educational real estate website that include all information.Then you should just do online and offline marketing to drive people to the website who are searching online.

I've done a lot of reading and research (offline and online) which is how I came across BiggerPockets.

I assume all deal making is done in the Marketplace. and or off line?

I got fully bought out of TWH in Oct. and I wrote our friend a pretty neat e mail and have never heard from him again..I will relay it to you off line I think you will get a kick out of it.I stand corrected on the insurance.. and that is a great point,, Anyone with a rental should ask to see if the PM has this insurance in place and its active.
