Are you finding the funding process smooth, or do you run into challenges?

Again not a big deal for a home owner with one single mortgage to keep track of if their loan changes services occasionally, but with a number of loans all changing companies multiple times in the same year, it becomes frustrating trying to keep track of all of these changes, only to have more changes.   

While it won't get all the way to 5.5%, it will creep towards 5%, and occasionally tick past it, with high volatility.

Challenges?

One of the biggest challenges is keeping the bathroom as carefree as possible.

Realize the competitive market makes it a challenging market for beginners. 

I also listen to his podcast occasionally and he seems to understand the REI business quite well. 

When you mentioned you did your homework on the turnkey property, if that were the case you would have had a really good idea what the property was worth before you offered on it (of course sparing the occasional rogue appraiser, which may be what happened to you... idk) and certainly before the appraisal.

Finding a deal on that list is challenging. 

The only challenge is that I’d probably need to hire someone to manage it while I’m not there if I do an STR, right ?
