There are numerous tenants rights organizations in Baltimore looming for exactly this and other issues.

Residential and commercial real estate investing is not even in the same playing field. 

They thought it was going to be easy and hassle free and then every issue comes out of left field at the most inconvenient time and feels like death by a thousand papercuts.My suggestion is this.1.)  

We need help navigating this field and would greatly appriciate any help.
