Hi!  Has anyone used RABBU for listing their short term rental for sale? If so how was your experience?

Since it’s an investment property, my lender told me we would need to put down 25%.

With the FHA loan you won't need a huge amount of your savings.

That's exactly what I needed, thank you.

It's tempting early on to leverage as much as you can so you can do more deals and keep liquidity, but increased cashflow especially with PMI will make you sleep a lot better at night.

It's also rare you buy these properties with 20-25% and have NOTHING you need to address almost immediately in terms of repairs or capex. 

You do not need a separate LLC for each property or a series LLC!
