@Kenny Ye that is a misconception there are 30 year commercial loans without balloon payments.

@Adam Reynolds It's a misconception that you have to wait 6 months to refinance.

@Frank Capuano you don't have to be in poor locations to rent to a voucher holder...there is a lot of misconception and truth to "section 8" stories...but by-in-large, if your tenant screening process is good, you'll be fine.

There's definitely a misconception out there that you have to put a ton of time and work into investing.
