Those what-ifs only matter when they happen, anxious thoughts really aren't something I put an extreme amount of thought towards since the majority of the time they slow me down and result in an analysis paralysis type of scenario. 

But even after we get everything organized, it's still just so annoying to use so slow (pages load slowly and every click on a report results in a pause while it fetches data, it's just tedious).  

I'm not suggesting that the higher occupancy is the result of dropping Booking.com but am not sure that it ultimately contributed to more reservations or a greater success rate.

Or find a local design firm that has done cabins where they can show you proven rent results from cabins they've designed and have them charge you by the hour. 

Equity paydown and modest appreciation would result in a small profit; not enough to justify a non passive investment but i will own a killer cabin.
