Major issues are lack of parking, lack of elevators, leading to numerous unlived in units.  

I know I'll have to do major screening but seems to be very successful/passive as someone who at one time had 200 section 8 SFR rentals.. there is a lot of miss information about the program..

Yes I do understand a majority of people don't think its a good strategy mainly because of the turnover, the risk, the lack of equity. 

However in OKC area banks are more into 10 year term (majority I spoke to ) but property will have to be in Oklahoma.

Hi @Shane Gorski,You're absolutely correct regarding the difficulties of STR's in Naples, there certainly are a few other local cities that are much more conducive to that strategy, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers Beach being a few of the major ones.

Again, they try to leverage the majority the landlord is getting, so they don't have to pay their portion.6) We get the most maintenance requests from S8 tenants.
