The title says it all - I am trying to find and talk to flippers in the Colorado Springs area.

My recommendation is before chasing all these real estate deals is to go earn and save some money so when a good deal comes a long you can take action and move on it.

That's why mature investors with long positions like Boston while places like Brockton and Holyoke are more affordable.
