If they have made and kept millions and millions of profit and then some to me that carries much more weight than wholesaling little deals.This mentor has more than likely seen many different cycles and has been successful over a very long period of time.I talk myself to other brokers who are in their 60's,70's, and 80's in age and have seen many cycles.

Of course the wagon slowed to a stop when there was only one man left to pull the wagon and the crowd riding in the back---it could no longer move forward because the weight of the crowd in the wagon was to heavy a burden for a single man to bear.

And yes amenities are considered as well, not pools or spas or weight rooms, LOL, fridge, stove, A/C and type of heat....And your qualification % are HUD guidleines @ 30% and 10@ with usual circumstances, like additional handicap accessible amenities required.
