Alyssa,You can’t raise rents in the middle of the lease, but you could inquire if they are interested in moving before the lease expires, who knows, maybe they wanted to move anyway, then you could test the market with increased rents.

For those receiving the leads...they dont even care if the lead is inquiring about a property that is already sold, because the value to the agent is in the lead, not in them being interested in a particular property.I think agents that do not like Zillow, do not like it because their accuracy is questionable.

To add - Ask if it's been flooded or in a flood zone, question why there are any vacant units (if any), and inquire about the foundation.
