Well we are looking to move again, 2nd kid and 2 bedroom is to small, put in our application and get a horrid reference from him, saying we were late on rent 4 times (we were, but we had asked him if it was ok due to me getting injured on the job, if we paid out of wifes checks which came a few days later than rent was due) he was fine with that adn said no late fees.

It's more popular in urban high-rises apartments.Tenants could probably still attempt to sue for bed bugs even with an addendum, just like a tenant could still try to sue if injured even if they waived such rights.

With an area such as yours, that should still be a good market (if it's not being met by anyone else) due to the influx of people, they will get injured, sick etc.

For example I need 1 guy for 10 hours today to help me move stuff, 1 guy tomorrow to help clean up etcFrom legal standpoint they will be my employees … I will provide tools, instruct them what to do, they will be working for me between hour X and Y ….so if they get injured on my property I will be in trouble.I was thinking of buying workers camp insurance every time I hire one (they most likely will not have LLC).
